My MacBook suddenly stopped working, and after having it for 3 days, Apple’s Chelsea store told me the logic board was damaged and that I would need to replace the entire motherboard. They also said it would take 10+ days and that my data would be wiped.

I decided to get a second opinion and brought it to Jerome. He diagnosed and fixed the issue in about 4 hours, and everything is working perfectly again. He was professional, knowledgeable, and clearly knew what he was doing.
